Megan Edwards, MSW, LCSW, SAC-IT
Executive Director
Megan has grown with Solutions from the ground up, helping shape programs that continue to impact lives today. As someone in long term recovery, she leads with both clinical insight and lived experience, building a community where people are met with compassion, purpose, and the belief that recovery is possible.

Mary Drephal
Operations Director
With 14 years in long term recovery, Mary brings both heart and dedication to her role, helping create spaces that feel safe, steady, and welcoming. She is passionate about making sure every person who walks through the doors at Solutions feels supported, valued, and not alone, and takes pride in creating an environment where people can rebuild with confidence.

Jeffrey Ringenberg
Program Director
In recovery since 2017, Jeffrey’s journey began in a sober living program that changed his life and gave him a new path forward. Today, he brings that experience into his work, helping others find stability, purpose, and the same opportunity for transformation he was given, while staying committed to the integrity of the programs that support it.
PROGRAM STAFF

Nick Wagner
Nick is a CCAR-certified recovery coach whose journey began in 2019 through treatment and sober living, experiences that helped him build a life of freedom and purpose. Today, he leads programs across Solutions, supporting others through recovery coaching, sober living, jail groups, and the peer response team, all rooted in his belief that a new way of life is possible.

Patrick McCarthy
Patrick serves as a Sober Living Coordinator and Maintenance Technician, bringing lived experience, steady leadership, and heart into his work. In recovery for five years, he is dedicated to giving back what was once given to him, creating spaces and relationships where men can find stability, connection, and a path forward.

Matt Clark
Matt leads the S.T.A.R. Program, bringing recovery support and resources into the Winnebago County Jail. Through his own lived experience, he meets people in their most vulnerable moments, helping them see that change is possible and a better life may be closer than they realize.

Kole Carlson
Kole is a CCAR-certified recovery coach who is passionate about helping people find hope and build meaningful lives in recovery. He meets people where they are, walking alongside them with steady support and encouragement, and reminding them that recovery is possible and they are never alone.

Chad Strothman
Chad is a CCAR-certified recovery coach who is passionate about helping people find hope and move forward from addiction. He walks alongside those he serves with guidance, connection, and steady support, helping them take meaningful steps forward in recovery.

Kelsey Knox
Kelsey is a Sober Living Coordinator & Peer Recovery Specialist at Solutions Recovery. With over 15 years in long-term recovery, she is passionate about walking alongside individuals as they build meaningful, fulfilling lives in recovery. Before joining Solutions, Kelsey spent more than 16 years in operations management, where she developed strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. She now combines her professional experience with her live experience in recovery to support others with compassion, hope, and the belief that lasting recovery is possible.

Lauren Anderson, SAC-IT
Lauren Anderson is a STAR Program Recovery Coach and SAC-IT with a deep passion for supporting individuals on their healing journeys. With lived experience and a strong belief in the power of connection, Lauren approaches her work with empathy, empowerment, and respect. She is committed to helping clients build stability, strengthen recovery skills, and rediscover their own resilience. Lauren is honored to walk alongside the people she serves and is dedicated to fostering hope in every interaction.

Andi Koth
Andi is a Certified Peer Specialist with more than 10 years of experience supporting individuals living with substance use and mental health challenges, drawing from over 20 years of her own recovery journey. Having found recovery herself through Solutions, Andi is passionate about helping others build hope and stability as they begin their own path toward healing and wellness.

Troy Theel
Troy is a Peer Recovery Specialist in the STAR Program who has been in recovery since 2019 and brings both professional training and lived experience to his work supporting individuals involved in the justice system. Drawing from his own recovery journey, Troy is passionate about helping people discover their personal reasons for change while building hope, connection, and a foundation for lasting recovery.

Reggie Love
Reggie began his recovery journey through NOVA Counseling, continued building a strong foundation in the TERRA program, and further strengthened his recovery through the Solutions Sober Living Program. Today, Reggie serves as a Peer Recovery Specialist at Solutions Recovery, using his lived experience to support others while remaining committed to his own growth, wellness, and long term recovery.

Scott Bear
Scott is a Peer Recovery Specialist who is passionate about helping others find a path to recovery that works for them. Drawing from his lived experience, he connects with people authentically, offering steady guidance grounded in understanding, honesty, and compassion.

Noah Jackson
Noah has been in recovery since August 2021 and serves as a Peer Recovery Specialist at Solutions Recovery. Having experienced treatment, sober living, and involvement with the criminal justice system firsthand, Noah is passionate about helping others find hope, build stability, and create meaningful lives in recovery.

Amanda Boulanger
Amanda is a Peer Recovery Specialist at Solutions Recovery who is passionate about meeting people where they are and helping them navigate the next steps in their recovery journey. She enjoys connecting individuals with community resources, providing encouragement and support, and creating a space where people feel heard as they work toward a healthier and more stable future.

Scott is a Peer Recovery Specialist who is passionate about helping others find a path to recovery that works for them. Drawing from his lived experience, he connects with people authentically, offering steady guidance grounded in understanding, honesty, and compassion.
Gunther the Good Boy

Gunther is Solutions Recovery’s full time Facility Dog, bringing comfort, connection, and plenty of smiles to individuals walking through our doors each day. Trained through the Journey Together Service Dog Program, a unique program that partners with incarcerated handlers at Oshkosh Correctional Institution to raise and train future service and facility dogs, Gunther represents growth, healing, and second chances for both people and animals.

Gunther has worked hard to earn multiple titles, including Canine Good Citizen, Community Canine, Urban Canine Good Citizen, UKC SPOT (Socialized Pet Obedience Test), and both Novice and Intermediate Trick Dog certifications. Whether he is greeting visitors, supporting individuals during difficult moments, attending community events, or accepting a well deserved belly rub, Gunther plays an important role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment throughout Solutions Recovery and our programs.
